SOWK 5370 - Cultural Humility in Addiction Treatment and Prevention

(3 credits)
Prerequisites: SOWK 5367  or permission of instructor. Provides an overview of the unique challenges, strengths, and needs of diverse populations relative to substance use disorders, addiction treatment, and prevention. Students are introduced to culturally informed frameworks for the understanding and application of intervention and prevention strategies.
