ENTC 3420 - Advanced Construction Estimating and Planning

Prerequisites: ENTC 3410.

Presents advanced study of estimation techniques and procedures associated with commercial construction. Included is an analysis of costs developed from complicated construction systems resulting in the preparation of bid proposals. Emphasis is placed on network planning, particularly project scheduling and detailed quantity take-off methods of estimating using commercially available computer software. Lecture and lab.
