GEOS 3500 - Geographic Information Systems

(3 credits)
Introduces students to the fundamental concepts of GIS using state-of-the-art software. Geographic information systems (GIS) is the science of mapping, visualizing, analyzing, and assessing our world using geospatial or geographical data.
