MATH 1420 - Geometry Concepts for Teachers(3 credits) Prerequisites: Two years of high school algebra and one year of high school geometry or the equivalent.
Presents logic and problem solving used to discover concepts of geometry, measurement, probability, and statistics for elementary and special education teachers, particularly for understanding and constructing logical arguments. Use of manipulatives and technology to explore geometric relationships is an integral part of the course.
