NTFD 4415 - Food Systems Administration

(3 credits)
Prerequisites: Admittance to the nutrition and dietetics program.

Examines commercial food service operations and food delivery systems. It includes trends in food service operations and delivery, management theory, menu development for diverse groups, sustainability, and marketing of food and nutrition services.
