ENTP 3009 - CRM Business Solutions for Start-ups(3 credits) Presents an in-depth exploration of the use, applications, and enabling technologies of CRM systems from an entrepreneurial perspective as well as defining, evaluating, planning and integrating a CRM system. This includes CRM functional components, applications, and enabling technologies. Discussion includes how emerging dynamics of user behavior are used to design CRM systems for both non-profits/social entrepreneurs and for-profit start-ups.
