APPE 7017 - Compounding Pharmacy

Prerequisites/Corequisites: Enrollment in 4th professional year (P4).

Exposes student to compounding specialty medications not commercially available in necessary dosage forms for unique patient populations. Develops knowledge of regulations, special equipment and space considerations. Includes marketing of this specialized service.
