PHED 2170 - Yoga

Introduces the basic postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods of yoga. The course introduces the benefits of stretching, moving, and breathing freely as a relief to built-up stress, relaxation techniques  and ultimately aims to promote vibrant health, reduce stress and to tap into the body’s latent energy reserves.
