ALHE 4070 - Leadership in Allied Health

(3 credits)

Provides a historical prospective of leadership theory. Various models are discussed to assist development of a personal leadership style. An analysis of trends in motivational studies, conflict resolution, and organizational change is conducted. Professional specific knowledge is reviewed to assure transition into the health care system. Basic issues concerning human resource management are included.
