NRSE 3500 - Patient Centered Care 2(3 credits) Prerequisites: Complete second semester Sophomore courses.
Corequisites: NRSE 3501 .
Focuses on evidence-based nursing with an emphasis on foundational concepts and processes in human health and patient care management. It applies selected research concepts, professional standards, and knowledge of cultural influences on health practices when selecting and evaluating nursing interventions.It also introduces the RN role within the interprofessional healthcare team.
