This course focuses on the role of the advanced practice pediatric nurse in the larger context of pediatric healthcare delivery models of service. Complexity science and other relevant leadership theories in context of DNP leadership development are explored. Leadership and its impact on interprofessional collaboration to influence pediatric health outcomes and complex healthcare delivery is emphasized.
