ASLC 3020 - Linguistic Perspectives on ASL

Prerequisites: ASLC 2010, ASLC 2020.

Approaches American Sign Language (ASL) from a linguistic perspective. It also examines linguistics and the application to a signed language and explore language structures that are specific to signed languages, such as the use of space for grammatical purposes.
