SALM 3205 - Organization and People Management in Sport

Covers the different areas of organizational behavior in sport management, including the five legitimations of sport as a unique context. Topics to be covered are sporting identity, organizational culture, extra role behaviors, creativity and innovation, structure, diversity, change, motivation, behaviors, fit, group and team development, conflict, and leadership.
