BIOL 4317 - Imaging and 3D Modeling

(3 credits)
Prerequisites: BIOL 3200  or BIOL 3300  or BIOL 1130  and BIOL 1131  

Provides an introduction to the techniques and principles of micro-computed tomography, digital 3D model construction, landmark-based shape analysis, and finite element simulation.
