CSCI 1250 - Introduction to Computer Science I(4 credits) Prerequisites: Pass or take CSCI 1100 and MATH 1720 or two years of high school algebra. Students who are required to take developmental math must successfully complete it before taking CSCI 1250. Introduction to all aspects of the programming and problem-solving process and the elements of good programming style. A high-level language will be used as a vehicle for introducing these concepts. Laboratory use of the computer in designing, coding, debugging, and executing programs is an integral part of the course. (fall, spring)
