CHEM 1051 - Chemistry of Food and Cooking Lab

Corequisites: CHEM 1050  

Introduces the nutritional components of food, flavor, and the chemical reactions that occur during cooking and baking through hands-on experimentation. No previous chemistry or cooking experience is required for this course. Anyone with a food allergy should contact the instructor to determine if they can safely be accommodated.
