Biology Minor Requirements: 19-20 credits

At least 9 credits must be at the 3000-level or above.

• BIOL 1110 - Biology for Science Majors Lecture I (3 credits)
• BIOL 1111 - Biology for Science Majors Laboratory I (1 credit)
• BIOL 1120 - Biology for Science Majors Lecture II (3 credits)
• BIOL 1121 - Biology for Science Majors Laboratory II (1 credit)
• BIOL 3200 - Evolution and Ecology for Biomedical Sciences Lecture (3 credits)

• or

• BIOL 3300 - Evolution and Ecology for Natural Resources Lecture (3 credits)
• Upper division (3000/4000) Biology Electives (7-8 credits) (Courses may be selected to reflect the student’s interests) 

Minor Requirement

A minor is a secondary area of study outside of the major program of study with a structured curriculum composed of at least 18 credits of which at least 9 credits must be at the 3000-level or above.
