The Audio Production minor is a 23-credit program consisting of a 20-credit core and a 3-credit elective chosen in consultation with the program advisor. The program is designed for those who wish to work toward a full-time or part-time career in audio production, for musicians seeking to develop recording skills to strengthen their marketability and professional utility, and for those with other career or academic ambitions in this field. A student wishing to pursue a minor in Audio Production should declare their intention at the earliest opportunity in order to facilitate planning.

Audio Production Minor: 23 credits


At least 9 credits must be at the 3000-level or above.

Minor Requirement


A minor is a secondary area of study outside of the major program of study with a structured curriculum composed of at least 18 credits of which at least 9 credits must be at the 3000-level or above.
