A minor is a secondary area of study outside of the major program of study with a structured curriculum composed of at least 18 semester credit hours of which at least 9 hours must be at the 3000-level or above.

Requirements

• SPED 2300 - Exceptional Learners in Schools and Communities (3 credits)
• SPED 3350 - Medical Aspects in Special Education (3 credits)
• SPED 4477 - Special Education Assessment (3 credits)
• plus 9 hours of approved electives
