(3 credits)Prerequisites:DIGM 1650, DIGM 2900, DIGM 3010, or permission of instructor. Corequistes:DIGM 4626. This course covers techniques and theory concerning motion graphics and compositing for video. Instruction is designed to bridge the gaps between 3-D production rendering and final output, live action, and computer generated imagery. Work will be projectbased and will provide students with short, demo-reel quality work. Though not required, skills in DVD authoring, vector-based imaging, and advanced 3-D skills are helpful. (fall)
