(3 credits)Prerequisites:GEOL 3395 or permission of instructor. The goal of this class is to prepare students for field work on established paleontological sites. The focus of class will be the Gray Fossil Site in Washington County, Tennessee, but additional Pleistocene sites from the region will also be utilized. This class Is only taught during Summer Session. Four days in the field and one day in the classroom, weekly. (summer, odd years)
