SCED 4321 - Exploring and Discovery in Science

(4 credits)

Prerequisites: Admission to Teacher Education. Completion of eight (8) credit hours of science from general education core. Completion of SCED 4020 Wildlife Conservation. This course provides a comprehensive integrated science content perspective in the areas of physical, life, earth, and space science. A laboratory component involving inquiry-based research will expand on the course content of conceptual understanding, content, skills, and dispositions in science including understanding of the nature of science.
