HSMP 6340 - Strategic Management and Resource Alignment in Public Health
(3 credits)Provides students with advanced training in the principles of strategic management and resource allocation within health service practice environments. Course content is focused on the development and implementation of strategic plans and organizational change strategies, including alignment of human and fiscal resources to achieve planning objectives. Development of new resources and revenue to achieve organizational planning objectives is also examined.
